Raymond H. Conaway
Mr. Conaway is a native and life long resident of Pittsburgh. He received an A.B. from Colgate University in 1965, a J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1969 and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania that year. After serving as a law clerk to the late Hebert P. Sorg in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, he entered private practice in 1970.
Mr. Conaway is also admitted to practice in West Virginia and the U.S District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County.
Mr. Conaway is a founding shareholder of the firm and represents insurers, product manufacturers and electric utilities in a wide range of commercial and personal injury litigation throughout Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. He is regularly appointed to serve as an arbitrator in Federal Court.
