Morgantown, WV Office

Zimmer Kunz has maintained a branch office in Morgantown, West Virginia, since June 1995. The present location is on the second floor of the new Suncrest Towne Centre, the main building in a 102-acre planned development with a variety of professional offices, restaurants, banks, hotels, supermarket, and unique clothing boutiques.

The office is staffed by Morgantown resident, Macel Rhodes, a native of Ripley, Jackson County, West Virginia. Ms. Rhodes concentrates her practice in the defense of personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and product liability claims, and in defending insurance companies in first and third party insurance claims. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.

Ms. Rhodes serves her clients’ needs statewide, making frequent trips to the beautiful northern and eastern panhandles of West Virginia. She also serves clients in the Charleston area, and less frequently, Huntington and other southern cities in West Virginia.

Directions: Directions: From I-68 West, take Exit 7, turn right onto Cheat Rd/County Rt. 857; travel through red light in front of Exxon and turn left at the next red light onto US-119 S/Mileground Rd. Travel 1.4 miles; turn right onto WV 705. Turn left at first red light onto Stewartstown Rd. Take 1st right into Suncrest Towne Centre development. Go to the rear parking lot and turn right; travel .3 mi. and park. Enter the elevator in the breezeway, to 2nd floor, Suite 1280.

From I-79 North and South, take Exit 155 and travel toward downtown; turn right at the Sheetz onto WV 7- E/ Mon Blvd. Travel 1.4 miles and turn left at the WVU Coliseum onto Patteson Drive. Stay on Patteson as it continues onto Van Voorhis Rd (1.2 mi). Turn right onto WV705 E/Chestnut Ridge Rd; travel 1.1 miles; turn right into the Suncrest Towne Centre. Travel .3 mi, turn right at Buffalo Wild Wings and then left into rear parking lot. Enter the elevator in the breezeway, to 2nd floor, Suite 1280.
