A native of Ripley, West Virginia, Ms. Rhodes received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1989 from West Virginia University. She received her Juris Doctor Degree in 1992 from the WVU College of Law where she was a member of The Order of the Barristers, The Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team, The Maryln Lugar Trial Association, and president of her third year class.

Ms. Rhodes is admitted to practice in West Virginia and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. She practices in the areas of civil litigation with concentration in the areas of automobile liability, insurance defense, products liability, construction defects and premises liability, trucking and transportation, and subrogation.

She is a member of the Monongalia County Bar Association and Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia. She is a former member of the State Bar Young Lawyers Executive Committee and has assisted with the Teen Court program in Monongalia County.
