Macel E. Rhodes
Ms. Rhodes is a native of Ripley, West Virginia and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1989 from West Virginia University. She received her Juris Doctor Degree in 1992 from the West Virginia University College of Law where she was a member of The Order of the Barristers, The Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team, The Maryln Lugar Trial Association, and President of her third year class.
Ms. Rhodes is admitted to practice in West Virginia and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Her practice is devoted to civil litigation with concentration in the areas of automobile liability, insurance practice liability, products liability, premises liability and medical malpractice.
She serves on the West Virginia State Bar, the Young Lawyers Executive Committee and is a member of the American and Monongalia County Bar Associations and The West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel. She is a frequent mentor to the Teen Court Program in Monongalia County.
