John M. Biondi
Mr. Biondi is a Lawrence County native who received his Bachelor's degree in 1990 in political science from Gannon University. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from Ohio Northern University where he was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, having competed in the August A. Rendigs,Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Competition.
Following law school, John served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Dominic Motto of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. Upon completing his clerkship, John practiced law with a defense and municipal law firm in Butler County, Pennsylvania, where his primary area of practice was insurance defense litigation. John joined Zimmer Kunz in the spring of 2002 to manage the firm's newest office in Beaver, Pennsylvania.
John is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His practice is primarily centered around civil litigation, concentrating in the areas of automobile liability, premises liability and personal injuries.
John is a member of the Pennsylvania, Beaver, Butler and Lawrence County Bar Associations. In addition he has served as a regional coordinator for the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Mock Trial Competition and on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Commission's Investigative Panel. John currently serves as Vice-chairman of the Community College of Beaver County Board of Trustees.
John lives in Beaver, Pennsylvania with his wife, Andrea, and their three children, Grace, Sebastian and Sophia.
