Mr. Butcher is a Director with Zimmer Kunz. His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, including general liability, motor vehicle, municipal liability, commercial litigation, employment, products liability, premises liability, insurance, and toxic tort matters. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Butcher, who originally hails from the Youngstown, Ohio area, attended Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History. Subsequent to his graduation from Westminster in 1997, he attended the Franklin Thomas Backus School of Law at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Butcher received his Juris Doctor in 2000 with honors (cum laude).

Currently, Mr. Butcher is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations, where he is also a member of their litigation divisions.
