Daniel E. Krauth
Mr. Krauth is a Western Pennsylvania native who received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1985 from the Pennsylvania State University. He then attended the Georgetown University Law Center where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1989. While at Georgetown, Dan received the Washington Law Reporter Award, and also served in the Public Interest Law Clinic.
Dan has been with Zimmer Kunz since 1991, and is a shareholder who has been on the Firm’s Board of Directors for six years. He currently serves as the Firm’s Treasurer.
Dan represents self-insured corporations, insurance companies, professionals, individuals and small companies in a wide array of litigation matters. Dan has extensive trial experience in product liability litigation, complex litigation, construction litigation, toxic tort litigation and personal injury litigation. Dan has successfully tried cases to verdict in virtually all counties of Western Pennsylvania.
When not practicing law, Dan spends all of his (non-golf) time with his wife, Stacy, and his daughter, Sydney. Dan also coaches youth basketball, and he and his family are actively involved with many philanthropic groups and non-profit organizations.
