Christopher L. Voltz
Mr. Voltz is a Pittsburgh native who received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 2002 from Wake Forest University where he graduated with honors and was awarded the C. Chilton Pearson Research Prize for his senior thesis. He received his Juris Doctor Degree in 2005 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Mr. Voltz joined Zimmer Kunz in January 2010. His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation including product liability; commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, and general liability defense. Prior to joining Zimmer Kunz, Mr. Voltz worked at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Pittsburgh where he focused on commercial litigation, employment law litigation and corporate law.
A member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, Mr. Voltz has been admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His article “Are attorneys’ fees provisions in invoices enforceable in Pennsylvania” appeared in the January 29, 2010 edition of the ACBA Lawyer’s Journal.
